How do I apply to be considered for residency?

To apply follow these steps: Notices: 1. Income must be equal to 3x monthly rent. 2. Deposit equal to one month's rent. 3. Utilities must be connected in renter's name. 4. No pets allowed in any RedHead Rentals Properties. 1. Click here to APPLY NOW 2. Fill out the online Tenant Form and pay the $25 application fee. 3. Once paid, download the Rental Application, print, and fill out completely. (If you need a physical copy, one can be provided upon visit to the property.) 4. Scan or take a picture of each page of the completed application and email it to: redheadrentalsnatchez@gmail.com 5. Obtain Background Check: Location: Sheriff’s Office, 306 StateSt, Natchez, 8:00am-5:00pm MON-FRI, $29 Cash Only (Exact Change Required) 6. Once the application is received and the background check completed, you will receive a response as soon as possible.
